To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Sales & Customer Relationship Intern. What will be your key responsibilities? * Manage all presales activities with the goal to convert effectively incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value * Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers’ inquiries and requests through emails and calls * Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers * Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience * Customer loyalty and retention initiatives * Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
