Safilo is looking for a dynamic, German speaker, and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department in our Padova Headquarters, looking after the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Key Responsibilities * Act as the trusted HR partner for assigned business areas, advising managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee development and organizational change. * Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, compensation reviews and offboarding activities. * Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, organizational changes and labor law compliance, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. * Drive annual HR processes and key people initiatives, supporting managers in building high-performing and engaged teams.



* Monitor workforce data, HR metrics and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. * Lead or contribute to local and global HR projects focused on organizational development, employee engagement, change management and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs across the organization. * Periodic travel to Safilo's office in Cologne, Germany, will be required to support business stakeholders and local HR initiatives.
