Overview In this role, you support Cleafy's mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk. and other security tools * Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies * Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams * Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists * Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals * Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams * Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence * Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey Requisiti fondamentali * 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware, and modern security architectures * Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, S
