Responsibilities * Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business) * Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets * Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel * Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce) * Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction * Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals Additional information * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break * Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office) * Training: 23.04.2026 * Salary Bulgaria: 1670.39 Euro gross a month + performance bonus 1537.20 euro gross (quaterly) * Salary Greece: 1150 Euro gross a month + project premio 150 Euro a month + performance bonus 1000 Euro gross (quaterly) * Relocation:

Requirements * Knowledge of English and Italian at min.
