h3Remote | Freelance | Commission-based /h3pJoin our growing team at Next Job Abroad /ppAre you an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in agency recruitment ? /ppAre you fluent in Italian and passionate about connecting people with exciting international career opportunities? /ppWe're looking for an experienced Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe. /ppWe're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team. /ppDuring your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline.



/ppAfter the onboarding period, you'll transition to a u ncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results. /ppTo succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30–40 hours per week. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliSource and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international positions /liliRecruit candidates in English for multilingual roles across Europe /liliConduct interviews and assess candidate suitability /liliPresent high-quality candidates to our clients /liliBuild and manage your own candidate pipeline /liliMaintain excellent communication throughout the recruitment process /liliCollaborate closely with our international recruitment team /liliFollow up with candidates after placement to ensure a smooth onboarding experience /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliNative or near‑native Italian and strong English skills /liliPrevious experience working
