The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house legal team, external counsel, corporate service providers and internal finance and business teams to ensure that the Group’s entities are properly maintained, compliant and efficiently managed. /ppThis is a hands‑on role suited to a legally trained professional with approximately 1–2 years of relevant post‑qualification or equivalent professional experience,
