We are looking for an experienced White Patch Specialist to join our global client, supporting the identification, remediation and automation of processes that sit outside existing automation solutions. Key Responsibilities * Identify and analyse white-patch / automation gaps across business processes. * Assess manual, fragmented and exception-based processes and identify opportunities for automation. * Design and implement solutions using RPA and workflow automation technologies. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective solutions. * Integrate automation with legacy applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems. * Test, deploy, monitor and support automation solutions. * Troubleshoot process exceptions and optimise existing automations. * Contribute to automation standards, governance and continuous improvement.



Key Skills & Experience * Strong experience in RPA / Business Process Automation. * Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms. * Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation opportunities. * Experience working with legacy systems, APIs, SQL/databases and system integrations. * Good understanding of automation lifecycle, testing, deployment and support. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
