We are seeking an Associate 2+ PQE with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience handling and advising on labour law matters, including contexts related to MA transactions. Excellent academic background and fluency in English are required; knowledge of a second language is desirable. The role involves working in a diverse and varied environment within our Labor Employment Practice. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliHandle and advise on labour and employment matters across a spectrum of HR and labour law issues, including contentious and non-contentious work. /liliContribute to projects such as developing global policies and procedures, handling disciplinary, restructuring and dismissal issues, and supporting MA transactions. /liliRender legal advice and opinions, manage day-to-day correspondence, participate in contract negotiations, and monitor contract performance. /liliCollaborate on international projects and work with networked colleagues and clients worldwide.
