Job Description: Brown University Athletics and Recreation is seeking candidates for the Operations Coordinator, Wrestling position. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 38 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-DI). The Wrestling Operations Coordinator reports to the Wrestling Head Coach and is responsible for the organization of the day- to-day efficient operation of the Brown Wrestling program. Assists the Head Coach in all phases of planning, developing, and promoting a championship caliber Ivy League program. Education and Experience * Bachelor’s Degree required. * 1-2 years related experience in NCAA wrestling (collegiate playing, coaching or operations); Division I experience preferred. Job Competencies * Business background, preferred. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) & computer skills, necessary. * Experience planning and organizing team travel, preferred.
