Overview In this role you will shape the Automate Core platform, driving an outcome-driven roadmap for enterprise-grade, cloud-native services. You’ll partner with internal engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable scalable, secure, multi-tenant operations. You will balance immediate internal needs with long-term platform evolution, delivering reliable core capabilities that support the CIC ecosystem. * Collaborate with Architecture, EM, and DM to establish core standards, reusable components, and durable system design. * Delivers features that build trust, including safe upgrades and data architectures that support sovereignty and encryption. * Coordinate with stakeholders across EU/US time zones to align with the CIC strategy. Requisiti fondamentali * 3-5 years of product management experience in complex environments * Proven track record delivering core platform or system capabilities from ideation to launch * User-centric mindset for Business Analysts managing workflows * Strategic autonomy and leadership to operate independently and balance inbound/outbound PM work * Solid experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, security/compliance, and deployment models * Strong collaboration with engineering and architecture teams * Customer-centric mindset * Cross-functional collaboration * Strategic thi
