We are looking for a Commodity Buyer – Metal Components to manage sourcing activities across metal materials, components, and manufacturing-related categories. Responsibilities * Source and evaluate suppliers for metal components and materials. * Manage RFQ processes and supplier negotiations. * Analyze quotations, cost structures, lead times, and supplier capabilities. * Develop sourcing strategies for assigned commodity categories. * Build and maintain supplier relationships. * Work with engineering teams to understand technical requirements. * Support supplier selection for new products and production programs. * Monitor supplier performance across cost, delivery, quality, and responsiveness.



* Identify cost reduction and supply chain improvement opportunities. * Track relevant market and material developments. * Support commercial terms and supplier agreements. * Identify sourcing risks and support supplier diversification. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or a related field. * Experience in sourcing, purchasing, commodity management, or supplier development. * Understanding of metal components, materials, or manufacturing processes. * Strong negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities. * Ability to evaluate suppliers from commercial and operational perspectives. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
