What you will be doing: * Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile. * Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently. * Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders. * Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services. * Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair. * Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you. What you need to succeed: * Experience in similar roles (1–2 years),ideally in an international environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
