Direct Production Staff Interactions * Quality * HSE * Engineering * Warehouse Qualifications: Work Experience and Education * Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum * 5+ years of production experience Specific knowledge * Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities. * Strong leadership skills. * SAP experience preferred. * Lean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment. * Strong ability to coach employee’s and manage employee conflicts.
