Overview In this role you drive growth and management of strategic customer accounts in Telecom, Data Center, and Networking. demand and business needs to position Molex proposals * Assist in preparation and execution of account plans and goals aligned with growth objectives * Monitor customer opportunities and demand with accurate delivery tracking * Track real-time customer activity for timely internal follow-up and execution * Support customer reviews, business updates, QBR preparations and regular account management reports Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor in Engineering * Several years of experience in sales support, account management, customer operations, or commercial roles in electronics/telecommunications/networking/data center industries * Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and other CRM/ERP systems * Experience in international/matrixed organizations * Fluency in English and Italian; Chinese a plus * Experience in sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting * Proactive * Customer-focused * Solution-oriented * SAP * Salesforce * CRM/ERP systems
