Overview In this role you will support Worldline's legal framework in Italy, advising on payments, financial services, and IT matters. You will partner with cross-functional teams on commercial contracts, M&A;, and regulatory compliance to enable business growth in an international context. You will influence governance, liaise with regulators and external counsel, and provide timely, business-focused legal guidance. especially banking and payments regulations * Act as a legal business partner to various departments and liaise with outside counsel * Monitor regulatory changes to manage business risks and opportunities * Support the Group Legal Team and senior management with proactive legal advice on payments regulation * Conduct legal research and analysis and handle complaints and requests from authorities Requisiti fondamentali * At least 4 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house (financial institution, fintech, or large international IT company) * Strong expertise in payments, financial services or fintech, and banking regulation * Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Italian and English * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment * Experience dealing with senior management and regulators * Resourceful, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills * Fluency in Italian and English; other European languages are a p
