Overview In this role you will support sales and customers through the proposal process, crafting technical and commercial offers for LV/MV solutions. You’ll determine costs, prepare final documentation, and act as the technical focal point across markets. You’ll analyze needs and competitors, oversee profitability, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid work model. You’ll shape local sales support aligned with ABB’s electrification vision and contribute to growth across multiple countries. Retribuzione / Benefits * Flexible working hours * hybrid work options * Wellbeing support for employees and their families * Canteen provided * Company productivity premio * Competitive compensation based on role and location Responsabilità * Collaborate with Sales and customers during the proposal process to prepare technical descriptions of products and technologies * Determine costs and prepare final documentation; act as a key technical resource * Perform lost proposal analysis and recommend future actions * Prepare technical/commercial offers based on customer specs and directives * Analyze customer needs and competitor offers using market and Sales insights * Oversee profitability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with ABB standards and targets * Provide world-class technical and commercial support across markets to drive sales growth * Oversee estimations, bids, and proposals; align with OR KPIs and standards * Develop and implement local sales support strategy aligned with ELSE vision; monitor and adjust for competitiveness * Monitor project pipeline, identify opportunities, and enable LV/MV portfolio sales in the area Requisiti fondamentali * Expertise in LV & MV electrical product portfolios or equivalent circuit breakers, switchgear, and retrofit solutions * Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) * Adept with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent) * Experience with multi-country sales coordination and intern
