Patients are seen in the office and hospital rounding is required. * Maintenance of timely, accurate and detailed medical records using E Clinical Works (ECW),



the Medical Center’s office based EMR is required * Prescribes medication or therapy when necessary * Recommends lifestyle changes as appropriate to improve quality of life * Explains all medical procedures thoroughly * Explains test results and provide patients with plan of care details * Consults with other doctors as appropriate about patient’s specific needs * Participates in tumor boards and multi-disciplinary clinics * Serves on hospital Medical Staff and related committees when requested * Seeks to improve patient satisfaction scores and team member goals * Participates in business development and marketing activities to grow the business. * Understanding of physician practice environment * Excellent communication skills at all levels * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements This job can be physically demanding at times requiring stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long period
