You will be a recognised technical expert, supporting customers and colleagues across a wide range of performance, energy efficiency, and certification activities while helping to shape the future of heat pump technologies. Responsibilities * Manage heat pump certification and testing projects from initial customer engagement through to final certification. * Define project scope, testing requirements, costs, timelines, and technical deliverables. * Review technical documentation,



product designs, and test data to determine compliance with applicable standards. * Provide technical recommendations and resolve complex engineering challenges. Drive Technical Excellence * Act as a subject matter expert for heat pump performance and energy efficiency standards. * Interpret and apply international and regional standards to support customers and internal stakeholders. * Develop innovative test methods and evaluation approaches for emerging technologies. * Support the development of new laboratory capabilities and technical procedures.
