As a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist, you provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe, handling complex troubleshooting and on-site or remote assistance. You become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation, driving timely service and high customer satisfaction. You will monitor support metrics, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service efficiency and parts usage. * Respond to customer inquiries with on-site or remote support when needed * Maintain deep product knowledge of the diagnostic hardware line and common issues * Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Pro-active actions to improve service efficiency and cost of parts across Europe * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field * Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices * Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware * Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian * Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe * Remote-based role environment * Customer-focused mindset * Proactive problem-solving * Hardware systems expertise in diagnostic instruments and peripherals * Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic equipment * Immunoassay
