Overview As Regional Legal Counsel ITSEE, you partner with the business to provide day-to-day legal guidance across departments, focusing on Italy while supporting regional initiatives. You will steer compliance, privacy, and commercial excellence, advising on regulatory changes and cross-country projects. You’ll work with local authorities and cross-functional teams to implement group policies and maintain high legal standards. and up to three weeks remote annually * enhanced parental leave Responsabilità * Act as subject matter expert for the Italian entity and manage the whistleblowing channel * Coordinate internal investigations and audits; liaise with the Supervisory Body for Legislative Decree 231/2001 * Monitor regulatory landscape and advise on compliance adjustments * Contribute to privacy initiatives and GDPR/local data protection adherence * Support management of relationships with local authorities and information requests * Draft, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements; manage consumer law matters * Lead cross-country reporting workflows and coordinate regional legal projects * Ensure consistent application of group policies across the region Requisiti fondamentali * ≥6 years of legal experience * strong background in 231/2001 compliance, whistleblowing and regulatory monitoring * privacy regulations expertise (GDPR and local) * experience in commercial/consumer law * native Italian speaker; advanced English (speaking and drafting) * ability to handle cross-country reporting and coordinate regional projects * stakeholder management and cross-disciplinary collaboration * litigation support experience (nice to have) * thrives in fast-paced, evolvi
