We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship South Yarra store, driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. About the Role As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will: * Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals. * Drive commercial performance through effective leadership, coaching and sales strategies. * Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, store presentation, rostering and payroll.



* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. * Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement. * Manage labour costs, store budgets and key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and legislative obligations. * Protect company assets through effective stock management, loss prevention and cash control processes. * Partner with support office teams to execute marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives and business improvement projects. * Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors and key stakeholders.
