and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveries * Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delays and urgent situations * Oversee inbound shipments from APAC suppliers, including freight forwarders and customs coordination * Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export and logistics processes Requisiti fondamentali * 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or similar supply chain role in an international environment * Experience with overseas suppliers, especially APAC, and familiarity with international transportation and customs processes * Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field * Fluent Italian with good written and spoken English * Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment * communication * problem-solving * negotiation * Microsoft Excel * AS400 * MS Office applications
