Overview In this role you drive software and system integration while governing Open Source usage in embedded projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery, balancing integration work with FOSS governance and SCA tooling. The position sits within a fast-growing TXT Group unit supporting diverse industries and challenging automotive programs. You will shape processes, contribute to Agile improvements, and enable scalable, compliant software delivery. * hybrid working * permanent contract * salary EUR 35.000–40.000 gross per year Responsabilità * Support software and system integration activities within the project team * Develop and maintain CI/CD scripts and pipelines * Perform FOSS analysis on software and system components * Define and implement Open Source governance strategies * Manage and maintain Software Composition Analysis (SCA) processes and tools * Collaborate with development, system engineering, and quality teams * Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Agile environments Requisiti fondamentali * 3 to 5 years of experience in Embedded Software projects, preferably in Automotive * Experience with software and system integration activities * Solid understanding of Open Source licensing models and their implications * Hands-on experience with FOSS analysis and Software Composition Analysis tools * Knowledge of version control systems * Experience working in Agile environments * Good command of English (B2 level or above) * proactive * results-oriented * collaborative * CI/CD automation * FOSS analysis * Software Composition Analysis (SCA) tools
