Overview In this role you will support the area manager to drive production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional plant teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and sustainability goals while developing people and leading by example. This is a hands-on role in a highly digitalized manufacturing environment with room for professional growth.



Retribuzione / Benefits * Gomma Plastica national collective bargaining agreement * base salary minimum 55.000 EUR * variable component * welfare and benefits package Responsabilità * Support the area manager to achieve production targets * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes * Monitor department KPIs and propose improvement actions * Collaborate with Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to implement projects * Support activities aimed at PME (Continuous Improvement) targets * Oversee people management aspects (absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation) * HSE: supervise safety rules and implement corrective actions Requisiti fondamentali * Engineering Master’s degree * 3–5 years of relevant experience * Good knowledge of English * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods * Communication and Leadership * Teamworking * Analytical skills * Result orientation * Lean Manufacturing * KPI monitoring and production optimization * Continuous Improvement (PME)
