processes, and risk culture through improved decision-making and controls * Contribute to risk data management, analytics, and digitization initiatives * Participate in cross-functional client projects and knowledge-sharing activities Requisiti fondamentali * Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline * 2+ years in risk management, quantitative analysis/modelling, or risk-focused consultancy * Experience with AI agents or agentic technologies * Proficiency in Python or R; knowledge of SQL/NoSQL/Matlab/SAS is a plus * Willingness to travel * Strong communication in English and local office language(s) * Collaborative teamwork * Strong analytical thinking * Adaptability and resilience * AI/GenAI/LLM awareness * NLP and deep learning * Quantitative risk modelling
