To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible Night Porter (m/f/d) who, with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensures smooth overnight operations as well as the safety and well-being of our guests. Your Tasks * Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests during late service * Managing the night telephone service, including being on call to assist with guest concerns * Room service for our guests on request * Correspondence of emails and guest messages * Complaints management * Maintenance of the guest files in ASA-J * Preparation and updating of all administrative work * Transmission of the most important information to the morning service Your Profile * Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry * Good knowledge of German, Italian and English * ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage * Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
