Channels, brand, funnel, partnerships: growth here starts from zero, and it is yours: strategy and hands, both. What you'll do * Build the acquisition strategy from zero and run it yourself * Own brand and content: what Wayora says, where, and how it sounds * Measure and iterate on the funnel end to end * Open distribution partnerships that fit a premium travel brand * Bring the customer's voice into the product What you bring * At least 4 years of professional experience: you have done growth before at an early-stage consumer or travel company * Master's degree in economics, marketing or communication * Full right to work in Italy and the European Union * English at C1 level or above, plus Italian; experience in other EU markets is a plus * Hands-on: you run campaigns and write copy, not only briefs * Fluent with data and with words: both, not one Contract Permanent contract, with a probationary period.
