and revenue performance * Develop benchmarking to enhance financial and operational performance * Represent finance in ownership meetings and Executive Committee discussions * Maximize cash flow through controls on inventory, credit, collections, disbursements, and deposits * Oversee P&L; impact of operations and monitor revenue, costs, margins * Prepare timely financial and management reports with variance analysis * Approve balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset sub-ledgers * Manage hotel contracts and financial arrangements * Approve disbursements, rebates, adjustments and allowances per policy * Maintain records for audits to ensure transparency * Lead Purchasing team; align vendor selection with financial objectives and luxury standards * Enforce purchasing policies, thresholds and inventory controls * Ensure procurement complies with Accor policies and regulations * Collaborate with department heads on purchasing needs * Ensure compl
