Translate analysis and insights into actionable and measurable roadmaps. Monitor KPIs, milestones, and budget, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and quality standards. Keep project documentation up-to-date and oversee workflows between team and client. Ensure every initiative meets performance indicators and contributes to brand growth. At least 3 years of experience in managing projects within digital, e-commerce, or performance-based agency contexts. Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Notion, ClickUp, or similar ). Strong data orientation and analytical skills for managing KPI-driven objectives. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central. Knowledge of key Amazon metrics ( ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR ) and ADV/SEO processes. Background in management consulting or digital strategy. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalents). Ability to collaborate across technical, creative, and strategic teams.
