Key Responsibilities * Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. * Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings. * Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages according to service standards. * Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. * Clear and reset tables efficiently. * Process bills and handle payments accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. * Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service. * Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
