Become Europe's most-used legal product.The roleYou'll own how People Operations runs in every country we operate in, today and as we expand. That means payroll closes under control, data we can trust, and processes nobody has to chase.You'll report to our Head of People and lead a team of People Ops Specialists, with an Ops Specialist supporting you on the technical side of our tools.What you'll doMake payroll accurate and reliable in every country: choose, manage and, when needed, replace our local providers, and own the monthly close (calendar, cut-offs, pre- and post-run checks, reconciliation with Finance)Own our HRIS (HiBob) as our single source of truth, and its connection to payroll in every countryRun the employee lifecycle, benefits and ESOP administration across Italy, Spain, France, Germany,



Bulgaria and every new market we openKeep each country compliant: map the risks, decide what to fix first and track it to closureDesign processes and data with measurement in mind, and use AI to remove manual workLead and grow the teamWhat you bringSolid experience in HR or People Operations, owning processes end to end, including the Italian employment frameworkHands-on experience running payroll through external providers: month-end close, controls, reconciliations and provider managementExperience owning an HRIS and connecting it to payroll (e.G.
