Qualifications,Skills&Experience; Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,HospitalityManagement,orarelatedfield.
Minimum5yearsofprogressiveHRexperience,preferablywithinthehospitalityorluxuryhotelindustry.
Strongknowledgeofemploymentlegislation,HRpolicies,andhospitalityworkforcepractices.
Provenexperienceinrecruitment,employeerelations,performancemanagement,learning&development;,andsuccessionplanning.
Experiencemanagingadiverseandmulticulturalworkforceinafast-pacedoperationalenvironment.
