You lead resource planning, maintain equipment and 5S standards, and collaborate with engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and customers. You drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with accreditations. This role combines hands‑on testing, reporting oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to support safe, reliable rail solutions.

Knowledge of metrology
