Overview In this role, you will drive IT cost planning, governance, and contract lifecycles within Amplifon’s Global IT organization. You’ll own end-to-end processes with autonomy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, and act as a reference point for junior team members. You will collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and tax to keep IT management transparent and business-aligned. The role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement and a chance to shape IT governance practices at scale. goods receipt and forecast reconciliation * Support compliance activities (policy adherence, vendor and contract governance, internal controls) * Coordinate periodic reporting and audits, producing structured, error-free deliverables * Maintain and monitor IT governance frameworks and procedures, ensuring consistency and currency * Continuously improve processes via checklists, templates, and cross-checks Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in a STEM discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems) or related field * At least 5 years in management control, IT cost control, IT governance in a multinational environment * Hands-on experience preparing budgets and forecasts * Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills * Fluent English, written and spoken * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion (or another ERP) and Power BI is a plus * Familiarity with audits, tax credits or public/EU funding is a plus * Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and
