pThe position plays a key coordination role across multiple business functions, working closely with the Project Manager to support the launch of new projects. The role is responsible for managing Operations-related aspects during the project start-up phase and ensuring manufacturing readiness for the transition to mass production. /p pThe position reports directly to the Lean Readiness Manager. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liAppointed at the Kick-Off meeting as part of the project APQP team /li liResponsible for the project planning, in allignement with the PM /li /ul ol liEnsures the definition of prototypes (modeling), coordinated by the PM /li liEnsures production planning for the start-up phases, in line with the PM's requests /li liEnsures the presence of pre-series and series ILCs, created by Engineering under the PM's guidance /li liEnsures the implementation of Lessons Learned on all new projects during the APQP process /li liDevelops new technologies together with the RID Manager and Engineering /li liInforms about the receipt of raw materials required for production ordered by the PM, in order to manage their progress in production /li liInforms about the type of product defined for the project /li /ol ul liEnsures the presence of tools/equipment required for production, ordered and managed by Engineering /li liEnsures the readiness of the RDS/production schedule required for production (created by PM/Logistics) in terms of production, quality inspection,
