Protestant Religious Education CoordinatorKey Responsibilities: * Design and implement a comprehensive Protestant religious education program in partnership with the Protestant Chaplain. * Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teachers and assistants. * Organize and lead Sunday School, youth ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and seasonal programs such as Advent and Easter events. * Develop and distribute curriculum and learning materials for children, youth, and adults. * Plan special events such as retreats, discipleship training, and community outreach initiatives. * Maintain and update program records, registration lists, and volunteer schedules. Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in education, theology, or a related field OR at least five years of experience leading a Protestant religious education program. * Strong organizational, leadership, and volunteer management skills. * Ability to work independently while coordinating with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools Location:
