Together, We Shape the Future Job Description As Sales Manager PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) Italy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing Kelvion's presence within the Italian PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) market. Your Responsibilities * Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas)



market * Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers * Position Kelvion products at early project stage * Technical and commercial negotiations * Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures * Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them * Prepare the necessary market analyses * Lead a team Your Profile * Several years of experience in PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas), Industrial Sales and Business Development * Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience * Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics * Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge * Sound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law * Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems * Self-starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skil
