About usAltaïr Strategy is a student-led consultancy founded at Bocconi University. We work with early-stage businesses and startups on the questions that matter most at their stage: how to enter a new market, how to reach the right customers, and how to build a clear strategy with limited resources. Our projects cover market entry, marketing and strategy, and we deliver them to real clients with real stakes.

The opportunityYou will join a small team on an 8-week project for a live client. You will take part in the work itself: researching markets, analysing competitors, building recommendations and presenting them to the client. You will have direct contact with founders, which is rare this early in a career, and you will see how a consulting engagement runs from kickoff to final deliverable.

What you will do

- Research markets, customers and competitors for early-stage clients
- Contribute to market entry, marketing and strategy deliverables
- Structure problems, test hypotheses and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Take part in client meetings and present your work
- Work closely with the project team and receive regular feedback

Who we are looking for

- Students currently enrolled at a leading university or business school in Europe
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Any other languages are valued but not required.
- Previous experience is not required, but is appreciated (case competitions, student associations, internships, entrepreneurial projects)
