Role Description The Senior Facade & Structural Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of façade and structural solutions for complex architectural projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Treviso, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing engineering designs, coordinating with architects and contractors, performing structural and façade performance analyses, and preparing technical documentation and calculations.

The role also involves overseeing junior engineers, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, contributing to digital engineering workflows, and actively participating in design reviews and project meetings.

The Senior

Engineer is expected to support project planning,



manage interfaces with clients and partners, and help optimize solutions for buildability, cost, and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in façade engineering and structural design, including analysis and detailing for complex building envelopes.
- Proficiency with structural and façade analysis software (e.g., finite element tools, 3D modeling, BIM platforms such as Revit or similar).
- Solid knowledge of relevant European and international building codes, standards, and regulations for structural safety and façade performance.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, and to lead technical discussions.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals, and producing clear, accurate reports, calculations, and design documentation.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning tasks, monitoring progress, managing risks, and supporting cost-effective design decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is highly beneficial.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with international projects and exposure to innovative façade systems, sustainable design practices, and digital engineering workflows is a strong plus.
