The role acts as the primary in-country development lead for the region, ensuring opportunities are strategically positioned, commercially sound, technically feasible, and progressed in line with approved business, customer, and delivery requirements.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Lead development activities in the region in line with Khazna’s international expansion priorities and approved market-entry objectives.Build and progress a robust opportunity pipeline across target locations, providing recommendations on market attractiveness, development sequencing, and entry pathways.Act as the primary in-country representative for the region, ensuring effective coordination across internal stakeholders and local external counterparties.Identify, assess, and progress development opportunities across site acquisition, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, co-development models, and other scalable entry pathways.Lead site origination and land acquisition activities,



including negotiation of commercial terms and coordination of due diligence required to support development decisions.Lead the development critical path for opportunities in the region, including power strategy, utility engagement, permitting, regulatory approvals, and high-level technical feasibility.Ensure alignment across land, power, permitting, master planning, phasing, and customer requirements to confirm opportunities are viable and scalable.Coordinate development structuring in partnership with Finance and Legal, including SPVs, JV arrangements, and other delivery or ownership models as applicableMaintain effective governance, decision support, and development records to ensure transparency, auditability, and alignment with delegated authority frameworks.Operates as the primary in-country development lead for the region, managing multiple parallel workstreams across origination, partnerships, development readiness, and execution transitionQUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. / Master’s degree is an advantage.10–15+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, industrial, or data center development, including end-to-end responsibility across site origination, land acquisition, power, permitting, and pre-development.Strong experience in the region, including local regulatory, permitting, utility, land transaction, and stakeholder environments.Experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, co-development models, or complex transaction-led development is strongly preferred.Experience in data centers, hyperscale, mission-critical, industrial, logistics, or other complex infrastructure-led asset classes is strongly preferred. xysqume Experience supporting investment approvals, governance forums, and development-to-delivery transitions is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
