THE ROLE

Tavanti Srl is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Jewelry Sales Advisor to join the team at COI Florence.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of direct sales experience in luxury jewelry retail and a genuine passion for fine jewelry, Italian craftsmanship, and personalized customer service.

Working across our two prestigious Florence locations, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to both Italian and international clients, representing the values of COI Florence with professionalism, product knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, delivering a personalized and professional service.
- Provide expert guidance in selecting fine jewelry, understanding each customer's preferences, needs, and expectations.
- Build positive, lasting customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to both Italian and international clientele.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the jewelry collections, designers, materials, and craftsmanship represented by COI Florence.
- Maintain the highest standards of product presentation, display, and visual merchandising.
- Handle point-of-sale and cash register operations accurately.
- Support stock management, inventory checks, and the organization of merchandise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and maintain consistently high service standards.
- Support other store operations as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Requirements

- At least one year of proven experience in direct sales within luxury jewelry retail.
- Excellent command of English, preferably at C1–C2 level, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.




- A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Professionalism, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to work across both COI Florence locations, according to business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with prestigious jewelry brands or in a high-end jewelry boutique.
- Knowledge of fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, and luxury retail standards.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, online order management, or digital customer service.
- Knowledge of Italian.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
