We are seeking an Installation Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to offshore and Oil & Gas projects.

Role/Mission

As part of the Engineering team, you will contribute to installation engineering activities for offshore and Oil & Gas projects, supporting the development of technical solutions, documentation and installation procedures in line with project requirements, quality standards and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the preparation and review of technical documentation
- Preparing and reviewing method statements and installation procedures
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Developing technical solutions in line with project requirements
- Supporting engineering activities through technical analysis and problem-solving
- Coordinating with clients and other project stakeholders on technical matters
- Supporting the management of project activities and technical interfaces




- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Naval or a related discipline
- Experience in engineering activities within the offshore and/or Oil & Gas sectors
- Familiarity with technical documentation, engineering procedures and specifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
- Good knowledge of English

Location/Work mode

Hybrid: based in Aventa's offices in Genoa, Milan or Fano, with up to 8 remote-working days per month.
