To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, dedicated and versatile Hotel Allrounder (m/f/d) who combines strong organizational skills, practical abilities and an independent approach to work to support our operational departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Your Tasks

- Supporting various hotel departments with daily operational and organizational tasks
- Receiving goods, checking deliveries and ensuring proper storage and distribution of supplies
- Organizing, maintaining and monitoring inventory in storage rooms and stock areas
- Regularly checking and replenishing Housekeeping cupboards with linen, cleaning products and consumables
- Carrying out internal transport, errands and general logistical tasks
- Performing minor repairs, maintenance and upkeep tasks throughout the hotel
- Supporting the care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and functionality in storage, service and Back-of-House areas
- Covering dishwashing duties in the kitchen during the regular staff member's days off or absence
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance and all operational departments

Your Profile

- Previous experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar position is an advantage




- Practical skills and basic technical knowledge
- Independent, structured and reliable approach to work
- Strong organizational skills and careful handling of goods, materials and equipment
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks across different departments
- Physical stamina and enjoyment of hands-on work
- Team spirit, helpfulness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of at least one of the following languages: Italian, German or English
- Valid category B driving licence is an advantage
