To lead our Gardemanger station, we are looking for a precise, creative and quality-conscious Gardemanger (m/f/d) who brings a passion for freshness, aesthetics and culinary craftsmanship to help shape the culinary excellence of our property.

Your Tasks

- Taking responsibility for the Gardemanger station
- Preparing high-quality cold dishes, appetizers, salads and refined culinary components
- Preparing dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Creating special dishes for Room Service and the Tasting Cube
- Contributing to seasonal menus and culinary experiences
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality in preparation and presentation
- Supporting cooking classes and special guest experiences
- Ensuring excellent organization of mise en place and ingredient storage

Your Profile

- Completed professional culinary training and experience in Gardemanger or as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for high-quality cuisine, fresh ingredients and creative presentation
- Independent, structured and detail-oriented approach to work




- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Team spirit, resilience and reliability
- Very good command of English, Italian and/or German
