We are looking for a professional, charismatic and service-oriented Doorman to join our Front Office team and create memorable first and last impressions for our guests, delivering the highest standards of luxury hospitality from the moment they arrive.

A little taste of your day-to-day

- Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality;
- Ensuring a memorable farewell experience, assisting departing guests and wishing them a pleasant journey;
- Assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, coordinating with the luggage porters to ensure seamless service;
- Opening vehicle doors and providing attentive assistance to guests, particularly those requiring additional support;
- Handling guest requests and enquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently;
- Introducing arriving guests to Front Desk colleagues to facilitate a smooth and personalised check-in experience;
- Assisting guests with taxi arrangements and transportation requests;
- Coordinating valet parking services with external providers, ensuring efficient vehicle collection and delivery;
- Maintaining the cleanliness,



presentation and accessibility of the hotel entrance and surrounding areas;
- Promoting the hotel's facilities, services and Food & Beverage outlets, enhancing the overall guest experience;
- Anticipating guests' needs while consistently maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism;
- Reporting to the Head Concierge.

What we need from you

- Minimum one year of previous experience as a Doorman in a luxury hotel environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality;
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a calm and welcoming approach;
- Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage);
- Valid Italian Category B driving licence;
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different hotel departments;
- Commitment to guest privacy, confidentiality, discretion and professional ethics.

Compensation & Benefits

- RAL: Starting from €21,104 gross annually, depending on experience
