Description

We’re hiring a Business Development / Partnerships Manager.

You will own relationships that turn into live deals — listings, integrations, co-marketing, referrals, and regional distribution.

What you’ll do

Build a named pipeline: protocols, wallets, exchanges, funds, communities, and marketplaces.

Do the outreach yourself. Telegram, X, events, intros. Follow up until there is a yes, a next step, or a no.

Shape the deal: what they get, what we get, who ships, when it goes live.

Negotiate terms and write them down so marketing, product, and legal are not guessing.

Stay after the announcement. A tweet is not the finish line.

Keep CRM honest: stage, owner, next action, expected impact, close date.

Report weekly in numbers:



new convos, live deals, stalled deals, and what each partnership produced.

What we’re looking for

You close. You do not only “sync.”

You have 2–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales. Crypto, exchange, wallet, or fintech is a plus.

You already know how Web3 deals move: fast chats, slow legal, public launch, quiet ops after.

You can open a cold thread and run a room with a founder.

Targets, CRM, and missed weeks are part of the job — you live with that.

English is strong.
