h3Job Description: /h3 pbFDS, /b a DXC Technology Company, is looking for an bHR Business Partner /b to join its Human Resources function. /p pYou will act as the main point of reference for HR, particularly on People Management Development, employment law, labour relations and Payroll. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorking closely with the Managing Director and the Leaders the incumbent will act as the HR point of reference for the company /li liManage employment law, labour relations and trade union matters, providing practical guidance to HR colleagues and business stakeholders. /li liManage relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, supporting consultations, negotiations and the drafting and implementation of company-level agreements. /li liEnsure the correct interpretation and application of Italian employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and internal policies. /li liSupport and coach people leaders on people management topics /li liManage Performance Review cycle and Talent Development activities /li liManage or support disciplinary procedures, individual and collective employment matters, settlements and labour disputes. /li liMonitor legal and regulatory developments and contribute to the drafting and review of employment contracts, HR policies, internal procedures and legal documentation. /li liSupervisioning Payroll and Admin activities in collaboration with an internal /li /ul h3Requirement /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Law. /li liSolid professional experience in employment law, labour relations, industrial relations or employee relations. /li liDirect experience in managing relationships with trade unions and employee representatives. /li liAbility to support negotiations, disputes, settlements and sensitive employee-relations matters.



/li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications and Background /h3 ul liExperience within multinational companies, international organisations or consulting firms, preferably in complex and structured environments. /li liPrevious exposure to Payroll, personnel administration or labour-cost topics.
