Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Operation role based in Padua. The role involves managing order processing, data entry, and maintenance of accurate records in internal systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, preparing documents and reports, monitoring inventory-related information, and supporting finance-related administration such as invoicing and payment tracking.

The position also requires responding to internal and external inquiries,



ensuring that information flows smoothly and that cosmetic brand distribution activities are executed in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation handling, and workflow coordination.
- Effective Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and responding to partner or client inquiries.
- Customer Service skills to support smooth order handling, issue resolution, and professional interactions.
- Basic Finance knowledge for assisting with invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of records.
- Familiarity with Sales processes to support order management, sales reporting, and alignment with commercial activities.
- Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or ERP systems) and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in back office or administrative roles; experience in cosmetics or distribution sectors is an advantage.
