Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will focus on monitoring business performance, revenues, margins, commercial pipeline, and overhead costs while partnering with local and international teams.Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processesMonitor Business Unit revenues, margins, and sales pipeline performanceAnalyze budget-to-actual variances, identifying risks and improvement opportunitiesControl fixed and overhead costs, supporting cost-efficiency initiativesPrepare periodic management reports, KPIs, cash flow analyses,



and dashboardsSupport treasury activities and cash flow forecastingImprove controlling processes, reporting tools, and systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Consulting.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of IFRS.Strong experience in revenue, margin, and cost analysis.Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
