Overview As the leader of the AI software engineering team, you will guide the development of the AI agent orchestration platform at a major European tech company. You will stay hands-on with code while mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, observable multi-agent systems. You will shape the team’s technical priorities in partnership with product and AI platform teams, and evolve the architecture to support secure, memory-aware, context-driven workflows.
